Partner Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of DER partners
• Manage partner-related work streams using project management software
• Coordinate with Client Success, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product teams
• Identify and onboard new DER partners, including negotiating pricing and contract terms
• Advocate for product and business process improvements with partners
• Assist the accounting team with monthly partner invoicing
• Support the Sales team with pre-sales technical and business consultation
• Research market opportunities and industry vendors to identify potential new partners
• Develop relationships with potential partners via networking and industry events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4-6 years of work experience in project management, consulting, or partnerships
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional analytical thinking and data analysis skills
• Experience solving complex problems across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to make informed decisions with incomplete information
• Experience negotiating contract and pricing terms

Preferred Qualifications

• SaaS software experience
• US energy industry experience
