Partner Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Zoho Partners to provide pre-sales technical support to Mid-market and Enterprise clients.
• Identify client requirements and design viable solutions using the Zoho product portfolio.
• Deliver technical and product presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions for partners and clients.
• Create compelling sales proposals, including technical and commercial documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback on current products and input for new developments.
• Interface with implementation and project teams to ensure smooth delivery transitions by articulating customer requirements.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in IT, technical pre-sales, or technical consultant roles.
• Proven ability to deliver professional technical presentations.
• Experience in creating detailed sales proposals and technical documentation.
• Strong ability to translate complex customer requirements into functional solutions.
