Partner Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Zoho Partners to provide pre-sales technical support to Mid-market and Enterprise clients
• Identify client requirements and design viable solutions using the Zoho product portfolio
• Deliver technical and product presentations to both internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct training sessions for partners and clients
• Create compelling sales proposals, including technical and commercial documentation
• Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback on current products and input for new developments
• Interface with implementation and project teams to ensure smooth delivery transitions

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in IT, technical pre-sales, or technical consulting roles
• Proven ability to deliver professional technical presentations
• Experience in creating detailed sales proposals and technical documentation
• Strong ability to articulate customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
