Partner Solutions Engineer, Ads

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical onboarding and integration experience for strategic 3P partners across CAPI, web SDK, and APIs
• Guide advertisers and partners through correct implementation of tracking and data infrastructure, resolving misconfigurations proactively
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partner-specific issues, including API flows and testing environments
• Investigate, reproduce, and resolve technical issues with web SDK and API integrations through deep data analysis
• Build internal tooling and scripts to automate validation steps and accelerate partner debugging
• Translate recurring partner friction points into concrete product improvement recommendations for engineering teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-quality code
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong foundation in web-based integrations, including CAPI, server-side tracking, APIs, or pixels
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or general-purpose language such as Python or JavaScript
• Experience querying large data sets with SQL to debug and surface insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ad tech, performance marketing, or e-commerce advertising
• Familiarity with attribution, data signals, ROAS, and measurement concepts
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Google Tag Manager
• Experience working with enterprise or strategic B2B partners in a technical capacity
• Prior experience in solutions engineering, partner engineering, or forward-deployed engineering roles
