Partner Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the success of partner-led implementation projects to drive optimal client outcomes
• Provide oversight and guidance on partner projects to ensure established implementation frameworks and methodologies are practiced
• Facilitate coordination and communication between partners and internal Services, Data, and Support teams
• Act as the primary technical and business resource for partners, supporting onboarding and supported integrations
• Serve as an escalation point for Support personnel regarding technical issues
• Educate internal Sales and Marketing teams about partnership offerings, fit, and standard methodologies
• Document work meticulously and contribute to the improvement of internal and external processes and tools

Requirements

• Experience in Financial Services or Consulting in client or partner-facing roles
• Proficiency with programming and scripting, specifically Python
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment
• Proven experience in client/partner facing roles with a focus on problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience implementing Addepar clients
• Experience with investment management software implementations
• Background in project management
