About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Solution Sales specialists to drive Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) and cloud-native application platform growth.
- Drive the development and execution of co-sell strategies with assigned partners to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Orchestrate across MCEM stages to ensure partners leverage Microsoft programs, incentives, and solution plays.
- Proactively track cloud solution area co-sell pipeline performance and partner sales capabilities.
- Create joint solution area sales plans in partnership with prioritized partners to address complex customer needs.
- Guide partners on solution plays and ensure they have the capacity to deliver value propositions.
- Manage pipeline rhythm of business (RoB) and hold partners accountable for delivery against agreed plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in core sales, partner sales, industry/solution selling, marketing, or business development.
- Proven experience in partner sales and business development.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities to multiply team performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Doctorate and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience.
