Partner Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business partners including IT resellers, HR consultancies, and accounting firms to ensure technical autonomy.
• Design and deliver structured technical onboarding, training frameworks, and certification modules for partners.
• Own and audit the implementation process to ensure high-quality service delivery for partner-managed clients.
• Monitor partner performance through data-driven metrics, tracking implementation velocity and product adoption.
• Build scalable assets, including internal tools, playbooks, and templates, to turn complex workflows into repeatable training.
• Act as a strategic bridge to internal product squads by translating partner feedback into actionable product roadmap insights.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in German.
• Professional-level proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS, specifically in implementation management, customer success, or partner enablement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with operational data and KPI systems.
• A "builder" mindset with the ability to create processes, training assets, and playbooks from scratch.
• High level of ownership and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in HR technology, payroll, or workforce management systems.
• Experience working within an indirect sales, channel, or partner enablement model.
• Background in corporate training or delivering professional webinars.
