About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach including 50+ cold calls per day
- Prospect and qualify leads by researching key decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and closing
- Conduct engaging presentations to articulate the company value proposition
- Maintain CRM accuracy by logging all sales activities and interactions
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and daily activity targets
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in outbound customer contact (cold calling, telemarketing, or retail sales)
- Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and maintain an organized pipeline
- Tenacious attitude with the ability to handle rejection gracefully
- Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce
