About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach including 50+ cold calls per day
  • Prospect and qualify leads by researching key decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and closing
  • Conduct engaging presentations to articulate the company value proposition
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by logging all sales activities and interactions
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas and daily activity targets

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in outbound customer contact (cold calling, telemarketing, or retail sales)
  • Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and maintain an organized pipeline
  • Tenacious attitude with the ability to handle rejection gracefully
  • Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce
