Partner Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive network expansion by identifying key influencers and decision-makers at target partners
• Maintain high activity levels through video meetings, in-person meetings, phone calls, and social selling
• Develop creative ways to connect with potential partners
• Ensure successful partnership launches and smooth handover processes
• Sell in large volumes to penetrate and drive business for Wellhub expansion
• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas
• Build working relationships with internal teams to improve product and market knowledge

Requirements

• Strong commercial expertise
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
• English proficiency is a plus
• Experience in startups, high-velocity sales, or the fitness industry preferred
• Strong active listening and communication skills
• Metrics-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
• Highly disciplined with strong self-organization skills
