About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive network expansion by identifying key influencers and decision-makers at target partners
- Maintain high activity levels through video meetings, in-person meetings, phone calls, and social selling
- Develop creative ways to connect with potential partners
- Manage successful partnership launches and smooth handover processes
- Sell in large volumes to penetrate and drive business for Wellhub expansion
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas
- Build working relationships with internal teams to improve product and market knowledge
Requirements
- Strong commercial expertise
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
- English proficiency is a plus
- Experience in startups, high-velocity sales, or the fitness industry preferred
- Strong active listening and communication skills
- Metrics-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Highly disciplined with strong self-organization skills
