Responsibilities
- Convert high-value prospects and communicate value to ensure business objectives are met
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach including 50+ cold calls per day
- Prospect and qualify leads by researching key decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing
- Conduct engaging presentations to articulate the value proposition
- Maintain CRM accuracy by logging all sales activities and updating lead statuses
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas and daily activity targets
Requirements
- Experience in high-volume outbound sales roles
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and exceeding quotas
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Resilience and a tenacious attitude toward handling rejection
- Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce
