About the role

Responsibilities

  • Convert high-value prospects by communicating value and providing optimal commercial conditions
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach including 50+ cold calls per day, email, and social media
  • Prospect and qualify leads by researching key decision-makers within target businesses
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and discovery to negotiation and closing
  • Conduct engaging presentations to articulate the value proposition to business owners
  • Negotiate and close deals to bring new businesses onto the Wellhub platform
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by logging all sales activities and updating lead statuses
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas and daily activity targets

Requirements

  • Experience in high-volume outbound sales roles managing the full sales cycle
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or conversion quotas
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for phone and virtual presentations
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage a high-volume pipeline
  • Resilience and a tenacious attitude toward handling rejection and achieving targets
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Proactive team player with a customer service mindset
