Partner Sales Rep

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for partners regarding products, services, promotions, and configurations.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans to drive sales growth in compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with partners to tailor customized solutions that meet specific customer needs.
• Lead complex contract negotiations to ensure alignment between partner expectations and organizational objectives.
• Recruit new partners and provide business rationale and risk assessments for organizational investments.
• Provide strategic guidance to partner business managers and end-user sales teams.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional development and expertise.
• Identify potential partnership risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate partners on industry trends and product updates.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance against targets to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience in enterprise selling.
• Extensive experience in channel and alliance management.
