About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for partners regarding organization offerings, promotions, and configurations
  • Collaborate with partners to tailor customized solutions that meet specific customer requirements
  • Work with senior staff to develop and maintain partner account plans to drive sales growth
  • Manage the sales funnel by converting potential leads into joint sales activities with partners
  • Conduct initial research on prospective partners and prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Provide product education and training to partners to enhance their understanding of offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, on partner initiatives
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional development and growth
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas through effective transactional and relationship selling

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 4-7 years of work experience in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field
  • Or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Account Management and Business Development
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Experience in B2B sales and Channel Sales management
  • Demonstrated skills in Sales Strategy and Territory Management
