Partner Sales Rep- Ecommerce Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with ecommerce partners and key stakeholders
• Drive online sales growth through pricing, promotions, assortment, and merchandising strategies
• Monitor and manage key ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue, and profitability
• Plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Ensure accuracy and optimization of product content, availability, and pricing
• Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and regular business reviews
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to align ecommerce plans with brand strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Economics, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital sales, or online account management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced English fluency and native Spanish language fluency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Experience working with ecommerce platforms or online marketplaces
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, paid media, and onsite merchandising
• Familiarity with performance dashboards and analytics tools like Power BI
