Responsibilities
- Identify and sign key "Wishlist" partners across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg
- Lead high-level commercial discussions and multi-stakeholder negotiations with Legal, Finance, and Value Management teams
- Manage and forecast a strategic sales pipeline to meet network density targets
- Drive the positioning of Wellhub within the Benelux market
- Work with strategic partners on integration topics such as API, access control, and booking
- Own key partner relationships end-to-end from initial contact to long-term collaboration
- Coordinate with internal CX and Finance teams for smooth partner onboarding
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-level B2B sales or business development
- Proven track record in complex, high-value negotiations
- Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch
- Fluency in English
- French language skills are a strong plus
- Experience using Salesforce and Excel
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset suitable for undefined market environments
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented approach

- Experience communicating effectively with C-level stakeholders
