About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a structured territory plan for assigned non-named accounts in India to meet and exceed new business targets.
  • Drive a partner-led sales motion by identifying, selecting, and co-developing joint account plans with the right channel partners.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to design and execute demand generation campaigns, including field events and digital prospecting.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity qualification and customer engagement to commercial close.
  • Partner with the Partner Excellence Group to enable existing partners and onboard new ones with relevant solution competencies.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline and forecast discipline through accurate CRM records and regular leadership reviews.
  • Position ServiceNow's value proposition across various industries such as financial services, manufacturing, and telecommunications.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of quota-carrying B2B technology sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven expertise in channel sales, including co-selling and managing partner-led deal motions.
  • Strong experience in territory management, specifically managing large account portfolios (80 to 150+ accounts).
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP).
  • Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and orchestrate virtual internal teams.
  • AI fluency and the ability to leverage AI tools for sales productivity and articulating product value.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial and cultural dynamics of the India market.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in SaaS sales.
  • Multilingual capabilities relevant to assigned Indian territories.
  • Deep industry-specific knowledge in sectors like public sector, retail, or technology.
