About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and distribution of internal and external Quarterly Partner Newsletters.
- Draft strategic "Win Wires" to celebrate major deal closures and partnership milestones.
- Track and synthesize partner data, including KPIs and deal progress, to fuel ecosystem visibility.
- Manage the end-to-end partner onboarding journey, from contract setup to initial certification.
- Maintain accurate partner data across Salesforce and Ironclad, including tiers and specializations.
- Manage Hyperscaler portals (AWS, Microsoft, Google) to ensure visibility into shared opportunities.
- Provide administrative support for partner events and maintain the Partner Capability Matrix.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a Master's Degree.
- Strong written communication skills for drafting newsletters and success stories.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
- Tech-savvy with a quick ability to learn new tools (Salesforce or Ironclad experience is a plus).
- Basic data skills, including comfort working with spreadsheets and pulling reports.
- Proactive team player with a strong interest in AI, cloud, or the broader data ecosystem.
