Partner Sales Manager II

Responsibilities

• Own and execute partner-attached deals across the Enterprise West territory
• Drive deal progression by removing blockers and coordinating partner and field activity
• Manage end-of-quarter execution including reseller transaction paths and deal logistics
• Develop and maintain a territory plan aligning partner capacity to priority accounts
• Act as the Partner Subject Matter Expert for the West sales team
• Submit weekly partner-attached forecasts and participate in pipeline reviews
• Partner with internal stakeholders like Marketing, Sales Operations, and Legal to support scalability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in partner sales, channel management, or enterprise sales in SaaS/cloud
• Proven track record of owning a territory and executing partner-attached deals
• Experience working with resellers, distributors, SIs, cloud marketplaces, and ISVs
• Strong deal-management instincts and ability to drive opportunities to close
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Ability to travel approximately 25%
• Based in the Box Enterprise West region

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior RPM, channel sales, or partner-attached deal execution experience
• Familiarity with SaaS indirect sales motions and cloud marketplaces
• Established relationships with partners and customers across the Western US
• Knowledge of content management, security, or digital transformation solutions
