Responsibilities

  • Onboard new sales partners and their sales staff from initial contact to successful contract conclusion
  • Provide holistic support to existing sales partners through technical and sales-related impulses
  • Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing partners to improve technical knowledge and sales skills
  • Plan, organize, and execute sales events in the PV and renewable energy sector
  • Accompany sales partners to on-site customer appointments to actively promote the sales process
  • Support the implementation of contract closures to drive mutual business success
  • Maintain professional relationship management with local leadership at sales partner companies

Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience
  • Willingness to learn new topics such as PV sales
  • Experience in large-scale financial sales is a plus
  • High level of self-motivation and resilience
  • Passion for coaching and developing people
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-site partner and customer interactions
  • Fluent German (written and spoken)
  • Additional languages such as Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian are an advantage
