Responsibilities
- Act as a Partner Sales Manager directly at our sales partners' local branches to drive solar system sales
- Support sales partners in daily operations and provide personal customer consultations
- Guide customers from the initial consultation through to successful contract conclusion
- Serve as the central interface between Enpal and the sales partner to ensure professional cooperation
- Implement sales strategies on-site to increase closing rates
- Actively support offer creation, contract clarification, and project closing
- Represent the company professionally within the branch
Requirements
- Several years of sales experience, ideally in direct sales or consultative product environments
- Experience in photovoltaics or renewable energies is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-oriented skills
- Independent, goal-oriented, and highly motivated work style
- Valid Class B driver's license and mobility
- Residence within a 40 km radius of PLZ 39104
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
