Responsibilities
- Identify and engage key decision-makers at gyms, boutiques, and wellness studios across France
- Lead outbound activity including cold calling, video meetings, and social selling
- Drive strategic positioning of Wellhub with local partners
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements
- Manage the onboarding and handover process for new partners
- Provide market feedback and regional insights to shape supply strategy
- Meet and exceed targets for new partner acquisitions
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in high-volume B2B sales or the fitness industry
- Native-level fluency in French
- Fluency in English
- Proactive and comfortable in fast-moving startup environments
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
- Strong motivation by targets and high energy for outbound activity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup or "new market" environment
