Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers at gyms, boutiques, and wellness studios across France
  • Lead outbound activity including cold calling, video meetings, and social selling
  • Drive strategic positioning of Wellhub with local partners
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements
  • Manage the onboarding and handover process for new partners
  • Provide market feedback and regional insights to shape supply strategy
  • Meet and exceed targets for new partner acquisitions

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in high-volume B2B sales or the fitness industry
  • Native-level fluency in French
  • Fluency in English
  • Proactive and comfortable in fast-moving startup environments
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong motivation by targets and high energy for outbound activity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup or "new market" environment
