Responsibilities

• Optimize partner performance by analyzing pipeline health and conversion metrics
• Architect enablement programs including training, playbooks, and certification tracks
• Streamline sales operations for deal registration, forecasting, and CRM adoption
• Standardize GTM reporting through global performance dashboards and KPIs
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Partner Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
• Influence strategy and planning for Quarterly Business Reviews and annual territory planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel management, or revenue operations
• Experience within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for data extraction and dashboard building
• Proven track record of building and scaling sales processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience managing complex partner ecosystems (Resellers, Distributors, and SI partners)
