Partner Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new partners while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing partners
• Act as the primary contact for partners, addressing their needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring they are fully supported
• Ensure all partners operate within the company’s business, regulatory, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with internal marketing and events teams to develop market development strategies
• Represent the company at industry events such as expos, conventions, and seminars
• Work closely with partners to retain business and provide strategic insights to help them succeed
• Meet and exceed KPIs set by management, focusing on driving business growth and trading volume

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Partnership Management or Business Development within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced global environment
• Fluency in English is required
