Partner Recruitment Campaign Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the partner recruitment marketing go-to-market (GTM) strategy and implementation of plays to attract and convert Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
• Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, paid, and content channels.
• Manage the partner recruitment nurture lifecycle to move leads from awareness to MQL.
• Collaborate closely with sales reps and Channel Development Managers to align on target accounts and ensure timely lead follow-up.
• Coordinate webinar and content programs specifically focused on partner recruitment messaging.
• Monitor and report on funnel performance, including total leads, MQLs, conversion rates, and new partner opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product marketing, channel marketing, and marketing operations.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Proven experience in channel, partner, or campaign marketing.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing GTM plans and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the partner/channel business model, particularly regarding MSPs.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Experience with marketing automation and ABX tools such as Marketo, 6sense, or Folloze.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to present data-backed recommendations to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in cybersecurity or technology marketing.
• Experience working directly with sales teams on account alignment and lead follow-up motions.
