Partner Programs Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle operations and scale new partner programs globally
• Provide strategic planning support to drive portfolio growth and performance
• Manage end-to-end projects, including planning milestones, allocating tasks, and managing stakeholders
• Develop go-to-market strategies, including pilot testing and global rollout plans
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to develop new features and automate processes
• Align objectives with cross-functional departments such as finance, legal, marketing, and partner services
• Enhance reporting processes to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
• Support local country teams with actionable insights and coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, finance, or engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in top-tier consulting, international tech companies, or fast-growing startups
• Proven experience in project management and business or financial analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for presentations
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multi-stakeholder environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA from a top-tier business school
• Experience in country coordination or supporting regional offices
