Responsibilities

• Support APAC Partner Management with alignment to global vendor and distributor relationships
• Assist in achieving commercial agreements, rebates, incentives, and partner program benefits
• Manage vendor portals, registrations, compliance training, and partner status requirements
• Coordinate QBR preparation, POS reporting, rebate submissions, and reconciliations
• Maintain and manage vendor/supplier agreements, data repositories, and documentation
• Work closely with Finance, Order Management, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational alignment
• Support vendor onboarding, sustainability initiatives, and global event sponsorships
• Help streamline Partner Management processes across the business

Requirements

• Experience in partner/vendor management, operations, or channel support roles
• Proven experience managing commercial agreements, rebates, POS data, and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value commercial or revenue-impacting agreements
• Strong data management, documentation, and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and travel when required
