Partner Operations Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the central data infrastructure for the partner team, including custom datasets, mapping tables, and upstream maintenance.
• Build and maintain the data foundation for the partner portal, internal applications, and the semantic layer.
• Architect and manage bi-directional data pipelines that ingest external data and write back to systems of record.
• Lead the end-to-end engineering of the Partner Portal, including feature development, data modeling, and Git-based versioning.
• Design and maintain GTM data models to track pipeline health, partner influence, and consumption impact.
• Serve as the primary data engineering interface between RevOps, Data Engineering, and Partner Operations.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role.
• Strong expertise in SQL and dbt, including managing multi-project dbt environments.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Proven experience building and owning internal line-of-business applications from requirements to production.
• Experience architecting bi-directional data pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using the Sigma platform.
• Background with Retool, Appsmith, or custom web frameworks like React or Next.js.
• Proficiency in UX design fundamentals, including wireframing and user flow mapping.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Workato.
• Proficiency with Python and REST APIs.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
