About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support new and developing accommodation partners with onboarding and basic account setup
  • Reach out to partners to guide them through registration and next steps
  • Share best practices and basic recommendations to help partners improve their performance on Agoda
  • Help partners understand Agoda’s tools and systems using existing materials and training
  • Participate in short-term projects or campaigns to encourage partner program participation
  • Track activities and updates in internal systems and follow clear daily priorities
  • Work closely with your team to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve

Requirements

  • New graduates or up to 2 years of work experience
  • Native-level Japanese
  • Business-level English (reading and writing)
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools including Excel and email
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
