About the role
Responsibilities
- Support new and developing accommodation partners with onboarding and basic account setup
- Reach out to partners to guide them through registration and next steps
- Share best practices and basic recommendations to help partners improve their performance on Agoda
- Help partners understand Agoda’s tools and systems using existing materials and training
- Participate in short-term projects or campaigns to encourage partner program participation
- Track activities and updates in internal systems and follow clear daily priorities
- Work closely with your team to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve
Requirements
- New graduates or up to 2 years of work experience
- Native-level Japanese
- Business-level English (reading and writing)
- Proficiency in basic computer tools including Excel and email
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
