About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end operational and documentation process for onboarding high-profile global banking partners such as Citibank and HSBC.
- Act as the operational owner for mandatory due diligence, including collecting and verifying Customer/Partner Due Diligence (CDD/EDD).
- Manage requirements for AML/CFT and sanctions screening to ensure meticulous process adherence.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal Legal and Tech teams and external partner stakeholders to resolve roadblocks.
- Optimize onboarding processes to increase speed, robustness, and efficiency.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or complex project execution within Fintech, Banking, or Payments.
- Prior experience leading or managing a small team (3-4 analysts) to demonstrate project and people management ability.
- Strong knowledge of AML, CDD, and sanctions screening frameworks.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with senior contacts at global financial institutions.
- A high-performance mindset with the grit to manage long-cycle, high-stakes projects.
