Partner/Of Counsel - Immigration

Responsibilities

• Manage business and employment-based immigration matters for corporate clients and HR teams
• Handle nonimmigrant visa processes including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and E-2
• Oversee immigrant petition processes including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and PERM labor certifications
• Respond to complex Requests for Evidence (RFE) and audit responses
• Provide expert legal research, writing, and analytical support regarding USCIS, DOL, and DOS processes
• Maintain high attention to detail and strict adherence to case management deadlines

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience practicing immigration law
• Deep expertise in business and employment-based immigration
• Proven track record with nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions
• Strong knowledge of USCIS, Department of Labor (DOL), and Department of State (DOS) procedures
• Experience working directly with corporate clients and global mobility programs
• Exceptional legal writing and client communication skills
