About the role
Responsibilities
- Join the Energy practice group as a team-oriented Partner or Of Counsel
- Manage and grow a portable book of business within the energy sector
- Provide high-level legal counsel regarding energy regulations and transactions
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of attorneys to support client success
Requirements
- Proven portable book of business
- Extensive experience with FERC regulatory matters
- Experience with Regional Transmission Organizations (RTO)
- Strong transactional legal experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MISO, PJM, or SPP
- Background in energy-related lobbying
