Partner Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead development of sales enablement tools including presentation briefs, case studies, and integrated solutions collateral
• Translate technical integrations and performance testing into compelling customer-facing narratives
• Partner with the Channel Sales Director to execute marketing strategies across reseller channels
• Support partner onboarding and ensure accurate representation across partner websites and catalogs
• Cultivate and manage end-to-end marketing relationships with technology partners like UAV developers
• Develop and lead co-marketing strategies and joint marketing activations
• Track, measure, and analyze co-marketing activities to optimize ROI and brand alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in partner, channel, product, or integrated marketing in B2B, defense, or technology environments
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage concurrent deadlines
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Confluence, or Monday.com
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Successful completion of a background check

• MBA preferred
• Experience with unmanned systems, defense technology, or tactical communications
• Entrepreneurial self-starter mentality
• Strong organizational skills with a bias for action
