Partner Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Run full-funnel marketing campaigns around the Partner Growth Fund to increase awareness and partner applications
• Own channel-wide partner communications strategy and execution
• Increase partner engagement through the Partner Portal and enablement programs
• Develop partner onboarding nurture flows and supporting content
• Act as an expert on emerging partners, aligning with sales to maximize impact
• Partner with growth marketing to optimize ads for channel awareness
• Translate partner messaging and value propositions into digestible content
• Collaborate with partner sales to develop co-selling messaging for partners like Microsoft and Lumen

Requirements

• Experience in partner marketing, marketing, partnerships, field events, demand generation, or product marketing
• Proven track record working with various partner types in a B2B context
• Skilled at building relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple parallel projects
• Comfortable operating within ambiguity
• High-agency builder mentality with a focus on solutions
