Partner Marketing Manager Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and develop joint marketing plans at the Scale Services category level across the SI/reseller ecosystem
• Set goals for internal stakeholders and external partners, accountable to category-level pipeline and revenue
• Enable partner organizations and regional teams to build and submit joint marketing plans via repeatable frameworks
• Develop innovative ways of articulating the Snowflake Value Proposition to partners
• Design new demand generation, ABM, and event campaigns customized to target segments
• Build scalable enablement resources like campaigns-in-a-box and partner playbooks
• Align campaign programs with field marketing, ABM, SDR, and product marketing functions
• Represent the partner perspective at VP/Director-level internal forums and partner executive briefings

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
• 6+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or ecosystem GTM roles
• Deep familiarity with the SI/GSI and reseller ecosystem (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, CDW)
• Proven ability to design systems and programs at a category level
• Strong cross-functional influence skills across sales, alliances, and product teams
• Experience developing scalable enablement materials and toolkits
• Excellent executive communication skills for VP and C-suite stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms, AI/ML workloads, or data infrastructure
