Partner Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage partner marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and deadlines
• Execute strategic partner marketing programmes with extreme ownership and attention to detail
• Identify and create quarterly plans with partners best fit for joint marketing based on programme metrics
• Collaborate with leadership to discuss area-specific strategies, review KPI performance, and refine processes
• Partner with regional sales, channel sales, and revenue marketing to provide consultative support
• Nurture and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including channel sales and partner strategy
• Stay updated on channel marketing best practices and the utilization of AI in campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel marketing, specifically within the Japan market
• Experience in the IT Security or SaaS technology industry
• Previous experience managing partner marketing funding or MDF programmes
• Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot (or other Marketing Automation Platforms)
• Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software (e.g., Impartner, Salesforce PRM)
• Fluent in Japanese and business-level English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience driving regional performance visibility within a global organization
• Solid understanding of channel business operations, including revenue and pipeline principles
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
