Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary marketing POC for Microsoft & AWS, driving training-focused (B2C) initiatives.
  • Own and drive annual and quarterly partner marketing plans aligned with partner GTM priorities.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of training numbers including registrations and enrolments.
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns such as webinars, workshops, and bootcamps.
  • Manage and optimize MDF including planning, allocation, utilization, compliance, and ROI tracking.
  • Submit and manage MDF proposals, approvals, Proof of Execution (POE), and invoicing.
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics like registrations, CPL, and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal performance, content, social, SEO, and sales teams.
  • Ensure partner brand guideline compliance across all campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with exposure to partner marketing and demand generation.
  • Experience driving B2C campaigns, lead generation, or training/education marketing.
  • Proven experience managing MDF including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid ads, social media, and email.
  • Experience executing webinars, events, or workshops.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to track and optimize marketing performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
