Partner Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to define and exceed quarterly revenue and operational key results
• Manage and grow a roster of high-profile accounts while cultivating relationships with key decision makers
• Work with sales teams to onboard new customers and identify growth opportunities in current accounts
• Serve as a programmatic landscape expert for clients and internal teams
• Provide consultative services, recommendations, and product training to improve client campaigns
• Collaborate with Product Management to define and drive feature enhancements
• Partner with Campaign Management on RFPs, inventory forecasting, and ad-hoc requests
• Establish relationships with ad ops and trading teams to provide troubleshooting best practices

Requirements

• 3-5 years of online advertising experience
• 2+ years of client-facing experience
• Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables and large data sets
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise with RTB, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, and ad servers
• Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or a related discipline
