Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, pitch, and close high-value partnerships with premium digital publishers in India
- Lead contract negotiations, renewal terms, and partnership extensions
- Manage post-contract executive relationships and run structured business reviews (QBRs)
- Analyze publisher performance trends to pitch and upsell new products like CTV and outstream video
- Oversee the onboarding and integration pipeline in coordination with technical teams
- Collaborate with Demand Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to align supply with market demands
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partner management within digital advertising or ad tech
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and ad-tech monetization models
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing B2B agreements
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to C-level executives
- Analytical skills to assess performance metrics like CPMs, fill rates, and RPMs
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing direct relationships with decision-makers at premium digital publishers in India
- High-level familiarity with ad-serving technology, SSP/DSP mechanics, or header bidding
