Partner Manager - Search, Commerce

Responsibilities

• Own and scale strategic search and commerce partnerships by driving day-to-day strategy and execution.
• Support partnership deal execution, including commercial negotiations, product integrations, and renewals.
• Act as a cross-functional driver, coordinating between product, engineering, research, sales, finance, legal, and marketing teams.
• Serve as an internal advocate for partners to align product roadmaps with partner goals and success metrics.
• Establish and manage partner operating cadences, including business reviews and planning sessions.
• Define and track success metrics to monitor performance, adoption, and revenue, communicating progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or product roles within the technology industry.
• Proven experience leading or supporting strategic partnerships, specifically involving technical or product integrations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience working alongside engineering, legal, and finance teams.
• Experience working with shopping, search, marketplace, content, or large-scale consumer platforms.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
