Partner Manager, Prime Video Add-ons

Responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and grow relationships and partnerships with content providers
• Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with internal teams to drive customer engagement
• Report on key performance indicators and propose initiatives to improve business performance
• Analyze partner performance to present data-driven recommendations and growth opportunities
• Gather and understand customer and partner needs to advocate for new Prime Video features
• Identify and solve problems quickly using data-driven approaches
• Monitor competitors and industry developments

Requirements

• 2+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in project management, business development, partnerships, account management, operations, marketing, or customer success
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (or both)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in requirement gathering and writing detailed requirement documents
• Experience communicating results to stakeholders
• Experience in the entertainment industry
• Strong problem-solving and result-delivery skills
