Partner Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of large-scale events from contract signing to final closing
• Act as the primary point of contact for event organizers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely and effective execution
• Communicate product usability and process needs to Product and Engineering teams
• Create and maintain Q&A documentation for customer support teams
• Document and ensure accessibility of all project requirements
• Provide on-site presence during event launches or key moments as required

Requirements

• Relevant degree and background in project management
• 2-3 years of experience in project management or consulting
• Fluency in English and French
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Solution-oriented mindset with ability to develop actionable plans
• Experience communicating with brands, agencies, and talent is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the events industry
• Proficiency in additional languages
• Experience analyzing data to determine event performance
