Partner Manager

Factory's mission is to bring autonomy to software engineering. We build software development agents that accelerate the world’s largest enterprise engineering teams, helping customers like Nvidia, Adobe, and Klarna turn engineering organizations into autonomous development systems.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic partnerships, setting direction and driving results aligned to company goals
• Drive day-to-day partnership strategy and execution across priority partners
• Execute partnership deals from evaluation through launch, expansion, and renewal
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to launch and optimize partnership initiatives end-to-end
• Serve as an internal advocate for partners, aligning product and cross-functional teams to partner goals
• Establish and manage partner operating cadence, including business reviews and planning sessions
• Define success metrics and monitor performance regarding adoption, revenue, and usage
• Build strong relationships as the primary point of contact to identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or consulting
• Experience leading strategic partnerships, including technical or product integrations
• Strong cross-functional operating skills with product, engineering, legal, finance, or sales teams
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and scale partner relationships
• Strong strategic judgment and problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments
• Skilled relationship builder with effective communication skills
• Self-directed and adaptable to fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Past experience at high-growth or early-stage companies
• Consulting, MBA, or business generalist backgrounds
