About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a strategic roadmap for partnerships aligned with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and account leaders
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans, including co-marketing and sales enablement
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify sales opportunities through partner channels
  • Collaborate with field teams to accelerate deal closure for partner-sourced and influenced deals
  • Lead partner enablement to develop their sales, pre-sales, and delivery capabilities
  • Organize and conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track KPIs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in pipeline generation and partner selling
  • Deep understanding of market and technology trends
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain or ERP systems
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as required
