About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap for partnerships aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and account leaders
- Develop joint go-to-market plans, including co-marketing and sales enablement
- Prospect, identify, and qualify sales opportunities through partner channels
- Collaborate with field teams to accelerate deal closure for partner-sourced and influenced deals
- Lead partner enablement to develop their sales, pre-sales, and delivery capabilities
- Organize and conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track KPIs
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in pipeline generation and partner selling
- Deep understanding of market and technology trends
- Knowledge of Supply Chain or ERP systems
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as required
