Partner Leader, ASEAN

Responsibilities

• Exceed partner revenue goals regarding partner-sourced, influenced, and pipeline generation.
• Build and execute the partner territory plan for the ASEAN region, focusing on resellers and key system integrators (SIs).
• Drive partner engagement in customer accounts through regular partnership cadences, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Executive Touchpoints.
• Ensure the development of sales and technical skills within the partner ecosystem through a structured enablement approach.
• Oversee the development and delivery of joint marketing campaigns and field engagement to generate pipeline.
• Align internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Establish executive relationships with key partner leadership and facilitate engagements with Dataiku leadership.
• Cultivate long-term development of partner business goals and visions in alignment with Dataiku.

Requirements

• 10+ years of extensive experience strategizing and growing resellers, key SIs, tech alliances, and cloud partners in the ASEAN region.
• Proven track record of leading the end-to-end partner maturity lifecycle (recruit, nurture, expand, and scale).
• Strong experience working with resellers and system integrators.
• Collaborative and effective communicator capable of bridging the goals of partners and vendors.
• Problem-solving mindset with experience leading diverse teams, specifically in partner sales engineering and partner marketing.
