Partner Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CEOs and C-suite leaders to ensure partner retention and engagement.
• Develop tailored engagement plans that align Forum activities with the strategic priorities of Japanese partners.
• Lead business development initiatives to identify and convert a robust pipeline of new Forum Partners in Japan.
• Monitor partner health and engagement quality, proactively addressing risks in collaboration with the Partner Success Team.
• Manage and supervise local business team members within the Japan office to drive regional goals.
• Document all partner interactions and strategic insights within Salesforce to ensure seamless internal coordination.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• 10+ years of professional experience, ideally within banking, investment banking, or consulting.
• Proven track record of engaging and influencing C-suite executives.
• Native Japanese fluency and excellent English communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the Japanese business environment and industry trends.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to engage with partners and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable partnership strategies.
• Experience using Salesforce for high-level relationship management and pipeline tracking.
• Exceptional collaborative and people management skills.
