About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls, qualify sales opportunities, and assign them to the appropriate Merchant Sales Representative (MSR)
- Route incoming calls to the correct departments for non-sales related inquiries, such as account setup or hardware sales
- Track lead distribution via Google Docs to ensure equal distribution among the sales team
- Process and create new lead records within Salesforce following specific assignment instructions
- Maintain regular attendance and compliance with assigned schedules
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers over the phone
- Strong logic, reasoning, and decision-making skills
- Outstanding customer service and teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus
- Ability to learn and identify various products and capabilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology and priorities
- 0-2 years of customer service experience
