Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand presence and market share in the GCC region
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead high-stakes client engagements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government officials, and industry leaders
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants
• Oversee regional financial performance and P&L
• Collaborate with global leadership to align regional strategies
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in consulting or a related industry
• Significant experience focused on the GCC region
• Proven track record of driving business growth and managing teams
• Advanced financial acumen and P&L management experience
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel extensively within the GCC region

• Professional certifications such as PMP or CFA
