Partner Integrations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration specialists and technical professionals
• Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to ensure team success and professional development
• Design and implement scalable API architecture using AWS cloud services
• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) for data integration
• Utilize Snowflake data platform for efficient data warehousing and analytics integration
• Apply Python programming for custom integration solutions and automation
• Lead Salesforce integration initiatives to ensure connectivity with patient experience platforms
• Ensure all solutions adhere to PHI/PII protection protocols and HIPAA/GDPR regulations
• Partner with internal stakeholders including Product Owners, DevOps, and Architecture groups

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of professional experience in integration and/or architecture roles
• 3+ years of experience in technical leadership managing technical teams
• Expert-level proficiency in Informatica IICS and AWS cloud architecture
• Advanced proficiency in Snowflake and Python programming
• Experience with API management and microservices architecture
• Strong skills in Agile delivery and digital strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
• Deep understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR)
• Extensive Salesforce integration experience, including APIs and data models
• Proven track record working in highly regulated environments
