Partner Incentive Design & Execution Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of the Agentic AI Deployment Funding Program, including tier structure, eligibility, and payout mechanics
• Develop differentiated incentive frameworks for Global Systems Integrators, regional consultancies, and AI implementers
• Own the operational backbone including claim intake, eligibility validation, and payout operations
• Build or oversee data and calculation infrastructure for incentive operations at scale
• Design measurement frameworks, defining leading/lagging indicators and building reporting infrastructure
• Drive alignment across Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Marketing on program design decisions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partner incentive program design, commercial program operations, or partner economics
• Proven experience owning the full lifecycle of large-scale incentive programs from design to execution
• Strong command of financial mechanics including investment sizing, payout waterfalls, and ROI modeling
• Experience building or overseeing data infrastructure for incentive operations and audit controls
• Exceptional analytical capability in cohort analysis and attribution modeling
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex logic to senior executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating Deployment Funds or Market Development Funds at $50M+ scale
• Background in the AI or cloud partner ecosystem
• Familiarity with API and consumption-based billing models
• Experience in high-growth environments building infrastructure from scratch
